Nurture:
The wine then remains in these barrels for 12 months as
part of the maturation process, and then passes to stainless steel tanks, where
the wine is blended and matures for 5 more months. Finally, the wine is
bottled, and continues ageing for 10 months, before being released on the
market.
Tasting Notes: This intensely
aromatic wine has a deep, ruby-red color. Tutunjian Entre Valles has aromas of
cherry and blackcurrant, with touches of black pepper, spices and notes of
toasted vanilla. In the mouth it is dry, with medium-high acidity, mature
tannins, and a well-integrated touch of wood. It has a robust body, with an elegant
finish.
