Grape Variety: Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification: PREFERMENTATIVE MACERATION AT LOW CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE (10ºC). CONTROLED TEMPERATURE OF FERMENTATION (24 - 27ºC) WITH PUMPINGS AND “DELESTAGES”. OAK AGED DURING 13 MONTHS IN AMERICAN AND FRENCH OAK BARRELS.
Tasting Notes:
Wine with a more classic style, medium body, with less structure than usual.We combine autochthonous and foreign grape varieties. Long aging with used oak to obtain a longer wine, in this way we achieve a perfect integrity of the wine with the oak. Intense red color. The nose shows an interesting fruity character matched with reminds of coconut, “toffee” and suggestive nuances of wild herbs. The palate provides a feeling of volume and smoothness that leads to a long and fresh finish To be served at a temperature of 14-15Cº.
