Serving suggestions :

Those wines go well with lightly cooked foie gras, with delicately spiced food, sweet and sour sauces typical of Far-Eastern cooking.

It would also go well with duck cooked in a sweet sauce such as orange, peach, figs or honey.

‘Vieux Rivesaltes Ambré’ softens the powerful flavour of  blue cheeses such as Stelton or Roquefort and of dry goats cheese.

Sweet caramel based desserts and nut tarts complement those wines perfectly.

Try them as a digestif with a cigar.
