Nurture: 50% of the wine in oak barrels for 8-10 months
Tasting Notes: Dark red and shiny colour. Aromas of black fruits, spices, tobacco and some minty notes. Good body structure, robust with a persistent and longlasting finish. Ideal with grilled red meats and hard cheeses. Best served between 16oC-18oC.
