Grape Variety: Gewürztraminer and White Frontignac
Tasting Notes: Pale straw in colour with a light spritz or frizzy. Enormous floral notes on the nose with perfumed characters of musk, papaya and lychees. The palate is soft and fruity with natural sugar-acid balance; while both are present, they manage to meld together creating a mouth-watering yet supple finish. An easy drinking, low alcohol style enjoyed when young and fresh.
Serving Suggestion: The natural sweetness on the palate can counterbalance any spicy Asian dishes, cooling and refreshing the palate. Try it with a hot seafood Tom Yum soup.
