Blend Origin: Curicó Valley – Single Vineyard.
Ageing Process: First and second use of French barrel for 14 to 16 months.
Tasting Notes: Deep red ruby colour. Attractive and elegant nose. Great varietal character. Plenty of red and black ripe berry fruit well assembled with some balsamic touches and some spicy notes. Elegant and full bodied in the mouth. Good balance acidity gives a freshness sensation in the palate. Soft tannins with a long and persistent aftertaste. Great cellar potential.
Serving Suggestions: Open one hour before serving at room temperature between 14° to 16° C (58 °F). Excellent with a variety of red meats, especially prime beef tenderloin, braised beef cheek, lamb chops, filet mignon; also good with wild boar, ostrich and a large array of cheeses.
