Nurture: Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days
Tasting Notes: Clean and intense. Pale pink with slightly violet hues. Medium-high intensity. Aromas of flower and herbaceous bushes accompanied by fruity overtones of strawberry and red lollipops. Smooth entry with a perfectly well-balanced acidity delivering a lively and vibrant wine. Perfect with soft cheese starters such as Camembert or Brie, as well as cured meat. Best served between 8°C - 10°C.
