Nuture: Aged sur lie with battonage for five months
Tasting Notes: Pale straw-yellow colour with golden hues. Complex and elegant nose, aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, melon and banana. Long and full-bodied on the palate, with just the right amount of acidity. Pair wll with fish and seafood. Also excellent with pasta and rich. Best served between 8°C - 10°C.
