Grape Variety: Tempranillo and Granacha
Nurture: Aged for 9 month in 300-litre French oak barrels and 6 month in bottles
Tasting Notes: Deeply-layered cherry colour, jet black at the base of the glass, intense and clean. Complex aroma dominated by red berries perfectly balanced with spicy, vegetal and balsamic notes complemented by hints of warm toasty oak. Soft on the palate, pleasant yet fleshy, well-structured with well-rounded tannins. Pairs well with meat and game, whether grilled, roasted or stewed. Best served between 16°C - 18°C.
