Nurture: 6 months in American oak cask.
Tasting Notes: Deep cherry colour red wine. With wood and ripped fruit aromas. In the palate is delicate and well structured. It shows a long finish, powerful with good persistence.
Food Pairing: Great with grilled meats. Best at 16oC – 18oC.
Grape Variety: Verdejo
Tasting Notes: Yellow lemon colour. Intense aromas of stone fruit, green apple. Well balanced palate.
Food Pairing: Goes well with fishes and seafood, pasta and rice dishes. Best at 6oC – 8oC.
