Nurture: 8 – 12 months in French and American oak barrels
Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe red fruits & preserves. Soft notes of vanilla, chocolate & smoke. Well-balanced & full-bodied in the mouth. The presence of ripe tannins makes the wine unctuous & persistent. Ideal with red meat, chicken, pasta. Served between 16oC – 18oC.
Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: Yellow pale colour with greenish highlights. Grapefruit and tropical fruits, such as maracuyá, aromas, combined with grass notes. Fresh and persistent in mouth, with a pleasant acidity that reminds citric fruits.
Serving Suggestion: Ideal for salads, fish and seafood. Best served at 8oC.
