Nuture: 3 months in french oak from Allier (225 ltr.)
Tasting Notes: Attractive deep cherry red in colour. The wine displays pronounced intensity on the nose, well defined, with an extraordinary complex and wide range of aromas ( fresh red fruits, ink, spices and final floral character). In the mouth the wine is clearly defined by its elegance and fruit intensity. Harmonious and well balanced , medium to full bodied leading to a rich mouth-filling finish with moderate tannins. Best served between 13°C to 15°C.

Nurture: 6 months in new French oak
Tasting Notes: The appearance is very intense, with an attractive cherry-red color of great depth. On the nose it is elegant, fine and intense with ripe fruit married with aromatic oak on a mineral base. The palate is expansive and powerful, with quality tannins and notes of balsam and freshness, leaving a pleasant sensation of maturity overlaid with high quality wood. Best served between 14°C to 16°C.

Grape Variety: A different rosé made up of Garnacha and Cabernet-Sauvignon
Tasting Notes: It displays an attractive and intense strawberry pink color and has aromas of great intensity that are reminiscent of red fruit preserves(strawberry and raspberry) with notes of cream and fresh herbs. On the palate it is balanced, savory and lively, and has a long fruity finish. Very distinctive, with more structure than is usual for this type of wine: intense, fragrant, with body and a great aromatic range, all of which explains why it is Spain's very first and only existing Vino de Pago Rosado..Best served between 7ºC – 8ºC.

Tasting Notes: Dark reddish purple in colour. Cherry, black-berry, smoke & rosemary on the nose, a bit of anise & minerally earth. Medium to full bodied. Soft and elegant tannins, with crisp acidity that keep the mouth fresh. Good length on the finish. Best served between 14°C to 16°C.

Tasting Notes: Purple and cherry red light colour. The nose reveals lavender, black-berries, licorice, kirsch and bouquet garni .Medium bodied. The mouth is marked by freshness, a fine structure and a long silky finish. A subtle garnacha wine with purity and minerality. Best served between 14ºC -16ºC.
