Nurture: Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days
Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow colour with shiny greenish glints. Dominated by notes of fresh Muscat grapes, combined with pleasant hints of exotic fruits and white flowers, all enveloped in a smooth citrus freshness. Fresh mouth feel with a balanced acidity and smooth entry. Long aftertaste. Pairs perfectly with raw fish and seafood. Also with cooked fish , fish in sauces, fish and seafood mousses, and smoked fish. Best served between 8°C - 10°C.
