VARIETAL: Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon
WINEMAKING: Long maceration on tank and putting in French barrel for 12 months of ageing for 12 months.
TASTING: Purple and deep color with violet reflects. Blackcurrant notes mixed to red fruits lightly oaked. Concentrated mouth very soft and full body. The power of the Syrah expose and the Cabernet give all the finest tannin and structure. Very beautiful and elegant tannin, well balanced with red fruits.
BEST SERVED WITH: Meat and games. Cheeses, Mountain Hams, Aperitif – Tasting (connoisseur)
