Nurture: Part of the wine ages for a few months in french oak, to enhance the ripeness of the final blend, giving extra complexity.
Tasting Notes: Bright garnet colour with purple reflects. The aroma is rich and complex with hints of plums, violets and spice. In the mouth the wine displays good acidity, elegant tannins and freshness, with a lingering and juicy finish.
Suggestion: Best accompanied with grilled or roasted meats.
