Grape Variety: Viognier and Arinto
Nurture: Fermented in French oak barrels at 16°C, for almost a month. After fermentation, the wine remains “sur lies”, with batonnage every week, for 6 months.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a pale straw colour, with an intense aroma of apricot and hints of melon. The wine is round and juicy, with a balanced acidity and its finish is creamy and mellow.
Suggestion: Smoked cod, curry dishes, highlighting the exotic taste of spices.
White meat with soft and creamy sauces. Serve at 12ºC
