Technical characteristics : This wine is produced from selected parcels of old Grenache noir, vinified traditionally after de-stalking with strict temperature control to keep all the natural aromas of the grape. Alcohol is added part way through the fermentation in a process called ‘mutage’ to incapacitate the yeasts and leave unfermented much of the natural grape sugar.
Tasting Note : Very smooth, sweetness and medium to deep garnet colour, Fully develop and predominant aromas intensity with dried raisin fruit. Very nice textured of muturity taste of honey and caramel. The sweetness suitable for pairing dessert.
